my sons computer starts up then goes to options screen i.e. safe mode, last configuration etc, no matter what option i press i come back to the same options screen again and therefore cannot use the computer. any ideas anyone cheers.
forgot to mention i do not have or cannot find windows disc. i bought the computer seconhand of someone who fixed computers, unfortunately he has now moved away. thanks again.
