how can i clean my bosch exxcel?

can not use to wash anything white it comes out with dirt particles all over the washing. it seems to be coming out through holes in drum. machine has been cleaned with soda and very hot wash and least three times still dirt particles appearing.

I think that the drum bearings have failed here - or at least the seal that keeps the grease in them has. Rebuild or replace time.....
