How do I get my lawn mower to start?

I believe the there is no gas flow or problem with the gasoline. It was left with a full tank all winter.

Drain it out and try with fresh fuel. The stuff that's in there WILL be stale to the point of being non-combustible as far as a cold engine is concerned.

If the engine has a float type carb, drain that, too.
