bosch tumble dryer water container not filling up?

water collects behind condensor ,but does not travel up pipe to fill pull out container.condensor light comes on and beeps ,could it be a blockage ,or is there a pump involed.

I had this problem and the Bosch engineer found a small piece of plastic left during manufacture had worked its way up into the pump.
