Alarm will always sound if you open the car using the key instead of the remote.
Re-set the key fob by turning the ignition to position 2 (dash lights on but dont start engine) then push the lock or unlock button on the remote. Doors should lock then unlock.
If that doesnt work try locking the car using the buttons on the doors, turn ignition to position 2 and press unlock on the remote. Doors should unlock.
Ignore airbag light for now, it is NOT an mot failure.
ABS could be more of a problem. Have you driven the car to see if that puts the light out? After replacing the reluctor ring on mine I thought I'd done it wrong as the light stayed on, turned out it had to be driven a few hundred yards to complete its self test.
The most common fault on these is the reluctor ring rusting, cracking, or splitting and falling off.
Reluctor ring is the toothed wheel on the drive shaft behind the brake disc on the front and is on the back of the hub on the rear. Make sure they are all in place and give them a blow down using compressed air.
If that doesn't work you'll need to get the ABS codes read to find out where the fault lies, shouldn't cost more than £30. You cant read the ABS codes using the manual "paperclip test", that only works for engine codes.
