how do you prevent muck build up/grey slim in the rubber surrounding the drum, i have never experienced thid problem in any other washing machine in twenty yrs and have never had to constantley clean the inside which an be particulary difficult to access. please could you let me know if this means that there is an underlying problem with the machine.
