How to change belt?

I have a Kelvinator washing machine, model #MWX233RES1, The belt is broken and I am trying to change it. I need to know how to take the machine apart to replace the belt.

Power off, drag machine out onto the floor.
Conventional machine configuration: Remove screws holding on the back cover and remove the cover. Remove screws at rear edge of the top cover and slide it off to the rear.
50:50 machine configuration: Check if there is a seam running down each side panel. Pop small round circular plastic covers at the bottom, should reveal fixing screws. When these are removed machine splits in two. Manufacturers are now using torx type screws to try to keep people out of the machines. You may need to buy a set of torx screwdriver bits from a car repair shop to get the screws removed.
