Hi,
Bearings in wheel. But bike on centre stand and front wheel off ground. Move from side to sidewhen on full lock if the wheel wobbes about then it would suggust the bearings in wheel are gone. Also when on stand is the movement free and do the forks rock back and forth if so likely head bearings gone. The movement of forks side to side wont be free and may be a bit stiff.
As for you noise have a look at your brakes. Is it disc or drum. Check your pads on disc (do with wheel on) and your drum shoes- sure sign is that you cant adjust shoe anymore, or just take wheel off and check.
