The Heater radiator is one which is permanently heated by the engine heat. Check your engine temperature at normal cruising speed. If the thermometer fails to rise you may have a faulty engine thermostat. If the engine is reaching normal temp. then you may have a faulty control flap which will not allow cold air to pass through the hot heater rad. Contact me before any drastic measures are taken.
