my worcester cmbo boiler 24i28i is not working at all no hot water or heating please tell me whats wrong

hard to tell without more info, but easy thing to try is to find and push the reset button and see if it works. otherwise if the pressure is below 0.5 on the guage it needs topping up with water from the filling loop tap usually underneath the boiler.
the reset button is usually on the top left hand side of the boiler casing AT THE FRONT
