Mini tyres are difficult because of their size. Option 1 - take it to a tyre place. Option 2 - break the bead on the inside rim. This is often done by jacking the car on the tyre laying on the ground. You may have to add your own weight to the car, try not to injure yourself, especially as the urge to add the special tyre removing language becomes irepessable. This done, 3 tyre levers are required to work the bead over the rim. Repeat for the other side if required. Then have a coffee, and reconsider option 1, the $10 now seems more affordable.
