Change wiper motor...

Disconnect linkage
Disconnect electrical power
Remove motor securing bolts
Lift out old motor

Replacement is the reverse of the above except "disconnect" should read "connect".

Not sure what you mean about changing the electric windows - you wish for manual windows - or to repair defective winding mechanism - or new glass ???

Would be neat to know which vehicle you have.
