my dyson has suction (albeit not very strong) but the rollers won't go round underneath when it is switched on. The belt is OK and I can turn the rollers manually. Does anyone know what to do??
Could this be the DC07? The clutch on the side has got to be set to on or auto for the bristle bar to turn, and it'll only spin when you use the machine in the usual way.
