on my left window when i press the button to make the window go down it pops away from the left side and a plastic clip thing appears and it looks broken it is obviously used to keep the window on some osrt of runner i just dnt knwo where to get a new plastic clip from as it is like really hard to actually describe wat the piece looks like.

you can get them from main dealers. they are not expensive. plastic clip sits in a hole in your glass. make sure clip is right way round then push glass hard into rubber channel. window should not pull out easily when clip properly located in channel.
