It sounds the alarm in early morning at 4 o'clock. The keyboard does not respond to shut off and have to disconnect the AC power and battery. Following the reset procedure, it still sounds and the panel all lights on without any responding. I wonder how do I fix it. If there is schematic diagram that would be great I can follow the circuit to do the troubleshooting. Thanks.

sounds to me like you need an anti-code or an engineer reset for your alarm. your best bet is to call the installation company and get your system checked over
