how do i change the turbo on my 306 hdi ?

hi can anyone help me please ???? ive got a 306 hdi the car has oil coming out of the exhust the aa says it is the turbo ive got the new turbo but i havent done one before so if anyone could help me in anyway ...manythanks

thankyou for your help ive got that far with it to me it looks like i would have to drop the engine out as there doent seem to be any room at all .i just hope that there is is a better way thanks again

Not really the easiest job to start with, but commence by removing the exhaust pipe from underneath the car, together with all of the air pipes that connect the turbo to the intercooler, etc. The turbo is bolted directly onto the exhaust manifold, and you'll have to shift any items that get in the way. Pay particular attention to any oil feed and return pipes that connect to the turbo as you try to remove it.
