hi sony ericsson company! im Quan . i have bought a sonny ericsson K850i phone on EBAY . i have used it for a few months . i very liked the function of it . and now i didn't know the screen doesn't work when i turn on the phone . can you show me how can i fix it?

"louise" it needs a new screen the digitizer the touch screen is built into the screen so thats the only remedy to solve your problem............. blah blah lmao "paul-newcastle" ;). It stops working when it gets 2 cold, my k850i is the same, try keeping it warm lol, works for me and many more. :)dj_craig_
