Hello Michael. It seems that this maybe a design fault as have just tried fixing my sons speedfight 2 with same problem . As you know ( if same mount ) the engine mount fixing is alloy so unless you can get someone who can weld alloy you will have to pay over £100 for new one as is part of engine caseing . if dont know anyone with alloy welder then i have come up with making a bracket that will fix to the squarish type fixing that is apart of the silencer ( two bolt hole fixings for the curving support bracket that leads from box to alloy caseing braclets ) my bracket goes up from this point to the grab rail/top box carrier frame fixing, as is held there by the bolt used in that fixing . It is just another ( much needed )support for the exhaust ,which seems to have little to say the least . A terrible design combined with the single suspension, on the other side and you have what is bound to happen with these roads. Also have used longer bolts on new exhaust and all are tripple nutted locking the first one on . Hope maybe of some use. Good luck.
