How do I replace my pollen filter on a civic 1.8 i-vtec. 56 plate

Its behind the glove box, passenger side. Open glovebox, press the plastic clips that allow it to pull down more, and you'll see the filter compartment. Pull on the plastic clip, and you'll see the filters (2 on these, I think). Extract 1, and the other will be able to slide along. Pop the new filters in, close the filter box, relocate the glove box and close the lid. Job done! (When I do these I turn the ignition on and put the fan on full blast - preparing for a shower of leaves etc inside the car! At least it gets rid of them....)
