hp 1600 laser printer how do i get the cartridges out ?
my hp 1600 laser is working fine but the problem I have is the cartridges when I try to get them out, the right side is lock, the left side is fine, I see the pins onlocking as soon as the door of the printer opens,
what is keeping the right side lock?
