Hello, the same thing happened to my fan oven....the fan was on but no heat was coming out....the element was shot.....we had to buy a new oven element online...www.elementreplacement.co.uk....it came within a couple of days and my neighbour who is an electrician fitted it for us for small fee.. works perfectly now. Hope this helps, Marilyn

Possible that the element is broken. Fan will still turn but if element is not heating up then it will blow only cold air.

Mick took the words out of my mouth
Switch off mains feed.
You should see a hole blown in the element this happened on my Creda.
If you do attempt self replacement take a digital picture of how it sits and is wired [spade connectors usually] so you wire back the correct way.
If it's like mine tie string around the wires incase they drop out of site and you can pull them back on the string. don't forget to remove the string when finished replacing the element.

the element, has blown , by the sound of it , see if you can see the element.,( BUT) have the power (OFF) when your looking , the element should be next to the fan , in the back of the oven ,. and the back wall should screw off , to reveal the element, you will know if its blowing, bu looking at it , , if so just replace it , thir around , £50, thats what i payed for mine , ( make sure that you have the power fully" off ) . or get somebody to look at it for you ,
