Can anyone help with advice on fixing my Carron Cordon Bleu4?

The main oven on my Cordon Bleu4 has stopped working. The pilot light works to heat up the thermostat but the oven fails to light. I have cleaned the burner but it still does not work. The auto timer is also set to manual. Any ideas?

We found if you turn on the small oven first, the large oven would then ignite. hope this helps.
