Why does my Fiat Palio smoke so much - white smoke, i have redone the rings?

twice already, but still it smokes. We checked the spark plugs and they remain full of oil. Then we changed the valve stem seales but still the oil comes in, what should i do next

The cylinder bores should have been carefully measured to see if they are past their wear limit or worn oval....was this done? If the wear is heavy, ring replacement simply isn't enough. You should also check any breather hoses for blockage.
