how to open a boot on frontera lwb?

ok this sounds like l'm a bit dim but honestly I have looked at all the options and cant work it out: hot do i open the boot on my frontera lwb??!!
Ive sussed how to do the top bit but as yet have not managed to fathom the bottom bit i do know however it swings out to the side... please help!!!
