Although our fridge remains at a constant 4 degrees, we are unable to get the freezer part cooler than 2 degrees. Compressor running most of the time and freezer grid is clear of ice. Evaporator fan running in freezer but just not cold enough. Is it a sensor or thermostat problem. Any help aprpreciated.
