The detergent is building up and not desolving in the dispenser. Can you confirm the best place procedure for the detergent and what to do thanks

The soap should go down inside the agitator after lifting out the filter bag & top dispenser or just spread onto clothes. Do not put the powder in the top dispenser. This is for the liquid softener if you use it. If you don't use softener for the rinse then leave it empty.
