how can i fix my caravan floor?

our caravan floor is bouncy where people have walked in and out in wet weather and we are thinking of takin up the carpet and renewin the floor boards and we just woundered what the floor was made of and if it is better laying carpet or lino down

The floor is sandwich insulated like polystyrene is sounds like its de-laminated ie: the boarding has parted from insulation you can buy kits to re-laminate contact either Lunar or local dealer
