KitchenAid Supra not giving ice or water?

Does not do anything when trying to fill a glass with ice or water.Yes it does have ice and the water is turned on.

Never mind,my Wife had pushed the lock button to clean it and did not push the Unlock button when done cleaning it.She is a Redhead and when she does things like this I call her"Lucy"
