The motor on my chiansaw starts fine, however the chain does not rotate when the motor is running, what is the problem here because it is a new saw and has been working perfectly before.

hi eddie,look at the front support bar if this is pushed forward it locks the chain safety system,you should see a arrow & the word reset by this.hope this help's if you can understand what ive said,best of luck
