newly built engine and new bosch injection pump (as in no miles) and tested injectors, also 2nd set of injectors (from a working engine) fitted to a engine that is smoking very badly and will not run (diesel smell) much past 2k rpm?!. I take it the pump is sealed and set at the facktory or can you adjust the pumps when it its on the engine??. Hugh.

hi, not sure if i can help but just rebuilt my one d22, it looks like it is set to a factory position, although my one seams to over fuel and after asking at my local deisel workshop , he said something about being able to set it to 0 before fitting.
also is it the original pump or new, paul
