my Digital Diesel watch has died- it's not the battery, can it be repaired?

Model DZ7023- it started to crash and re-set it's self 2 months before I got a new battery. Then it totally died and there is no sign of it working.
Can the internal electronics be replaced or repaired, as I've paid for a new battery and watch strap not long ago?
