new shape transit c/L not working on remote or using keys just like its bin unplugged changed battery in remote checked fuses in engine bay and inside on top of glove box have tryed 2 reprogram the remote by turning key in ign 8 times but will not even go in 2 diagnostic mode any help would be great

try inline fuses located near steering column, just above foot pedals.
