Dyson CR 01?

message on screen is check hose/coin trap. Both seem clear but machine not draining, any suggestions please.

try giving the coin trap a gentle tap with your hand the pump can jam up resulting in you fault code if it works for a while then jams up again you will need a new pump
call the helpline for an engineer to come to repir you machine
