Combi boiler high pressure?

We have a baxi combi boiler, the radiators are not getting hot at all, all valves open and hot water is fine the pressure on the boiler is over 3bar. We have checked thermostat and replaced batteries in programme timer etc... How can we release the pressure in the boiler ? is this likely to be causing the radiator problem. There are no fault warnings showing on the boiler panel.

No need to release the pressure as the boiler will do it itself if it gets too high....I reckon that the diverter valve inside the boiler has failed, so its not diverting hot water through the radiators.
