I have a Parkside Hedge Trimmer PHS550/4 and I can not find anywhere that I can buy spare parts for it, or even where there is a service center. Can anybody help please.

I have a PHS 550/3 and have broken the stirrup handle.
I've tried the tel. No. in the manual with no reply.
I assume they have ceased trading.

I have a PHS550/3 model - I assume earlier than yours. At end of the GB section of the instruction manual it gives the Service Centre address and Tel. No. They should be able to help.
