How do I fix the pressure on a Sterald:Ideal W2000 Gas Boiler?

My husband took my daughters radiator off while I was decorating. When he put the radiator back on he accidently left the heating system on. My boiler won't do anything now and I can't get the front off to try repressurising the system, do I need to take the front off? There isn't even enough pressure to bleed the radiators as I figured that by having the system turned on it would have sent the air in my daughters radiator round the whole system.

Easy way to find out is go into the loft, if you can see a large water tank, and a smaller one near to it, check inside the small one, you will probably find that the ball valve is stuck up, and the tank has very little water in it, to rectify wiggle the ball valve up and down untill free and water fills the tank. you will then be able to bleed the radiators, if you find that the ball valve was not stuck, and the tank was already full, then the cause will be a blocked Cold feed pipe, which will need to be repalced by a plumber

Kieth The Boiler is in a kitchen cupboard, it runs the radiators and gives us hot water - not instant though, and there is a back up copper boiler in another room that runs on electric also.

j. I don't think its a sealed unit I just can't see how to get the cover off as it is in a tight cupboard.
