no oil to chain husky 350?

the oil comes out without the bar on but when i put the bar back on no oil seems to be getting onto chain and i know for a fact the oil line is not blocked....please help,i dont want my kids to freeze

If its the correct bar for the saw, then the oil hole in the bar must be blocked.
