i had the same problem but i found a blockage in the waste pipe and fixed it now the machine will stop after it starts to spin can anyone help

Sounds as though you have either a blocked waste hose, pump hose or knackered pump all of which are easy to fix, if you need me to talk you through it contact me.

Check filter, if clear check blockages in pipes leading to and from pump whirlpools have a tendency to capture coins and trap them in these pipes.
