Creda main oven?

Thermostat replacement on Creda Europa S150e fan assisted main oven, what would it cost to do this and will the oven have to be taken out of the cabinet to access the thermostat?
I'm a pensioner and don't want to be stitched up can't afford to replace.

This document covers general instruction for the repair and replacement of the oven controls such as Grill and Oven Selectors, Thermostats, Overheats devices etc.
Tools Required
• Phillips cross-headed screw driver
• Small electrical straight bladed screw driver
• Work light
• Suitable support for Oven assembly

1. Before commencing any work disconnect and isolate any electrical supply.

2. Remove the 4 control knobs from the front control panel by pulling them off.

3. Remove the 6 timer/clock control buttons by gently prising them off, using even pressure on each side.

4. Open both Oven doors and remove the 4 screws (2 at each side) that secure the oven assembly to the housing.

5. Close both oven doors and pull the complete assembly out of the housing, support the assembly on a suitable support. Ensure that the assembly is sufficiently clear of the housing to permit access to the sides and the back.

Note; the oven assembly is heavy and bulky and will require two people to lift it clear of the housing.

6. Remove the two screws at the rear of the front Control Panel and remove the front Control Panel.

7. Remove the 8 screws holding the top casing and remove the top casing.

8. Remove the 3 screws holding the mains electrical supply junction box cover, located at the bottom of the rear casing, and remove the junction box cover.

9. Remove the 4 screws at the edge of the rear casing and remove the rear casing.
Note; all the oven control wiring and control devices are now accessible at the top and rear of the Ovens.
10. Locate faulty item and remove and tag (label) electrical connections.

11. Replace faulty item and reassembly in reverse order.
