How do I fix a double sunroof on a Renault Megane Dynamique?

The sunroof on my Renault Megane Dynamique refuses to open. I have tried the manual method of pushing and holding the button in, and also checked the fuses. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas...as I am clueless!!
