95 suzuki king quad?

I took the carb apart cleaned it. Thought I had the hoses all labeled properly but something must have gone wrong. It only runs when i have a certain pipe off. And i have tried changing them all around to no avail. Does anyone have a diagram or a pic of the carb in place and the hoses that should be hooked up in the correct positions???

You shouldn't be able to swop them about easily.

You have 3 pipes on the carb,

1. Fuel line, (no mistakes here !)

2. Drain tube, on the bottom of the bowl, just a pipe to nowhere for excess fuel.

3. Vent tube, the air pressure from the inlet side drives the fuel pump via this pipe. (the pipe will run off to the front left, it goes on the white pipe of the carb) This is the only one which you could have been removing to alter anything. When this pipe is removed, the engine can draw too much air to the mixture. So if this made your engine run then you must have a mixture problem. Possibly choke related unless you altered something.

Was there any corrosion in the hole the choke plunger goes into? It might be stuck.

I'm not an expert so I hope some of that helps.
