cut out switch white knight tumble?

i have a wk cl 437wv the cut out switch is not doing anything , wont push in , the tumble has cut out pls help.

the reset button on the back only cuts the heater out.the drum and motor will still work,so if its dead its not the reset at fault.If you have drum action and no heat you need to check the heat and thermostats first with a multimeter
