I HAVE A FRIGIDARE SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGATOR/FREEZER AND
EVERY DAY THE FREEZER HAS WATER THAT GATHERS IN THE BOTTOM AND FREEZES, IF I DO NOT BREAK UP THE ICE IT EVENTUALLY RUNS OUT ONTO THE FLOOR.

I to have a Frigidaire with the same problem. Look in the back of the unit for a black drain tube that runs to a pan in the bottom. Pull it up and clean the debris from inside the tube. The tube is more than likely stopped up causing the water to back up in the bottom of the freezer. I just cleaned mine and everything is working great!
