please could someone give me some info on fitting the fuel injection pump to my ford courier 1998 diesel van 1.8

please could someone give me the timing settings for the cambelts - ???
i have bought a new fuel inj. pump 2nd hand - can i just put this straight on or does it need programming and how do i do this??

really stuck at min - need emergency help ha ha
