VERITAS 8 ALARM FAULT?

I was moving one of the PIR sensors in the romm when all of a sudden it stopped working, no light or nothing, went to my control panel and it had no power and wasnt working either, completely dead. I had came across this before so I guessed that one of the glass fuses in the main alarm box was blown. I checked the alarm box and saw a blown fuse on the board and replaced it with another. Now the problem is that I carry out the following steps.
1-reconect battery in main alarm box, grren powere light comes on.
2- reconect mains supply and replace lid on main alarm box
3- alarm begins to beep constantly no matter what
4- tamper light is illuminated on control box and beep continues despite me entering my alarm code.
5- beep eventually goes off and when i enter my alarm code to activate the system the alarm activates and wont go off so have to disconnect mains and battery power to stop it.

Please someone tell me how to fix this as I am in dire straights with it.

You must have reset to factory settings, power down and back up including battery, press anti-tamper in control box 3 times (you will hear a beep each time) then put cover back on, press 4, 3, 2,1 and reset, make sure your tamper circuit to the PIR is kay first.
