I have an old target concrete saw with a kolar motor. I can not get the thing to spark. I replaced the coil,the condencer,and the points. the fly wheel looks good and I put a second coil on it. also gaped points at 16 to 20 has new spark plug,wire,and cap. (NO SPARK PERIOD)

Check that the wire leading from the points is fitted with an insulator at the points - if there isn't one there, a direct connection to earth will result.
