Washing Machine not washing clothes or spinning?

Hotpoint Aquarious 1000 Washer Dryer
It seems to fill up okay but it is not spinning around or washing clothes at all keep having to try and move it on myself without success

Hi, the carbon brushes in the motor have probably worn down. These parts are situated in the motor but can be changed seperatley.
