the car willnot start, the fuel pump is not powering up, have done a test with diagnostic computer, the results are codes-p0403 generic egr flow circuit malfunction, also p0243 turbo/sup wastgate solenoid "a" malfunction, when car was running it smoked a bit, also the test emissions was high , any help would be very welcome thankyou danny.
