How to come out of lockout mode?

My worcestwer bosch 30 cdi boiler (Normal) is in the lockout mode. I have tried to take out any air. There was a lot of it in the Expansion vessel in the left side of the boiler (looks like a tank). I then filled in more water through the loop to bring it to 1.5 bar pressure. Still it shows the % symbol AND 18 or 20 or 22 Digits and are flashing alternatively. The ignition would not light. This is contiounation of me previous question. Please help.

Edit - of course it's not a Conventional, there's an expansion vessel. Duh. Sorry.

There's SUPPOSED to be air in the expansion vessel, that's what it's for.

Air purge mode will keep going for around 20-25 minutes (longer if it's a conventional boiler), leave it and it will sort itself out.

If not, it could be stuck in this mode in which case it's nothing to do with how much air is (or is not) in your system, it's a software fault and you may a new board.

If boiler less than 2 yrs old contact Worcester - in fact contact them anyway as a new board through them is probably a better deal than you'll get elsewhere.
