How do I fix my fridge/freezer?

My fridge constantly has a puddle of water on the bottom. Hoe do I fix it?

Some where on the back wall should be a drain hole. They get blocked. Find the drain hole & unblock it by pushing a soft wire down it until water starts to flow down onto the drip tray at the back.
